- using a heated pan
- dissolve the gelatine in the water
- add the glycerine and vinegar
- wait until boiling before mixing in the used tea leaves
- take mixture and compress using a flat surface
- place in the oven at 200 Celsius  for 10 minutes to extract the moisture and binding the mixture together 

Findings
- burnt in colour 
- very brittle 
- shrivelled up 
- light weight

- using a heated pan
- dissolve the gelatine in the water
- add the glycerine and vinegar
- wait until boiling
- take the tea bag and flatten using an iron
- pour the mixture over the tea bag's
- place in the oven at 200 Celsius  for 10 minutes to extract the moisture and binding the mixture together 

Findings
- glue binds the tea bags well
- parts that are covered with the glue become brittle

The water softens the adhesive holding the leaves together allowing the rigid materials to start bending and eventually tear. Sample 4 was the least affected by the water with very minimal movement happening once water had been poured over it. The more time the samples spent in contact with water the weaker they become.

Then you could go and collect their waste at the end of the working day and give the bin back to them ready to start over the next day. 

If enough busy cafes agreed to this idea you would be able to collect large quantities very quickly and also have a fresh supply every day. However this idea would mean the quantity of raw material you gather would heavily rely on the cafes to sell tea.
