Being a project manager is difficult, and really needs a lot of courage. But with my team staying close and cooperative to each other, we were able to finish tasks on time and enjoy the process of our research journey. This field is really close to my heart because I learned and discovered a lot of things about nature and its importance to humanity.  Before encountering the deeper meaning of engineering, whenever I think of engineering, the first thing that comes to my mind is buildings, houses, bridges, and etc. I never thought that there are different types of engineering. Then I read about environmental engineering, I was amazed that there is a type of engineering where you can build things that can help our environment. 

I'm always concerned about our environment's condition and everyone knows that plastics are one of the contributors to destroying the beauty of our mother earth and since I also like daydreaming about things I wish I can do to help our environment but it's impossible since I'm alone, that's why the time we need to pick our chosen engineering field, without any hesitations I choose environmental engineering. I'm quite excited to be one of the members of this team because there is a possibility for me to be part of a change, especially if this project improves. 

I'm thankful to all the former and new members I worked with, in this team for making this project possible despite all the challenges we faced because of the new normal set-up.

Conducting study and research about our project was never easy. I, myself encounter some challenges that I thought I wouldn't able to overcome. Especially that before being part of this Environmental Engineering Group I was in the Civil Engineering. I have no idea in this field but gladly through cooperation and team work of our group, I overcome it. I learned and discovered what could be the things we could do to help our environment. It's great that we have come up with an innovative solution and bringing it into an actual one to help reduce pollution in our environment. This research journey taught me a lot and will definitely be useful in the future.
