Sharing ICT knowledge is really important : first it makes you feel you are part of the community, so that you can compare your ideas and your worries with teachers with your same needs, second it engages you in going a step further in your tech-development.
In our school we have organized a series of meetings dedicated to TET, where teachers work "hands on" on experiencing new ways of enhancing technology in their teaching routine.
We have also a section on the school website about new tendencies in teaching with technology, with materials, links and videos.

It's a good idea to have a portfolio, but it should be a very simple one, maybe a learning diary like a padlet or similar. In my opinion the steps could be:
1) Take TET-SAT;
2) Try out TET activities in your lessons and record failures and successes in your Learning Diary;
3) Take TET-SAT again and compare;
4) Share your padlets with your collegues who teach the same or similar subjects.

I personally think that a progress registration is no doubt motivating. Teachers should dare to ask their ICT advanced colleagues to simply help them , even better, principals could organise TET -SAT training courses and demonstrative activities in schools. Comparisons and opinion sharing between peers will definitely help, is easier to express the own points of view and to ask explanations when you are in a familiar environment.

The idea of the portfolio is good, I feel the need to keep a diary where i can write the results of tet-sat and the goals I would like to achieve. For the work in class I propose a group of 2 or 3 teachers (who together develop a project of learning with tic) and then they confront in a blog on the difficulties and problems that emerged: this blog can be discussed during the class council.

I really liked the idea of E-portfolio. The description that was made seemed to me very interesting.

Continue practicing tet-sat and time. These two are on top. Evaluating their practicing (through self-assessment, with colleagues, related communities etc.) and checking periodical feedback will lead teachers to the true way, I guess. To do this, -apart from using for their lessons- using ITC for their own development (e-portfolios, applications etc) will also improve the way that teachers have with technology. But these should not be standard, they should be prepared for the teachers’ own environments.

The fact is there is no formal training organization in my country. So I would suggest, after the presentation of TET SAT, to create a training group in school where we would discuss the needs of each one and exchange ideas on what to do: searching tools, sharing lesson-plans, sharing experiences. Using an e-portfolio would be useful, even if, at first, it would be one for the whole group, in case that it would seem difficult for some teachers. Even training in how to use an e-portfolio could be a good start. The important, I think, is to make our colleagues feel that they are not alone and that through cooperation we can improve ourselves and our teaching.

After receiving the results of the TET SAT it is important to outline a strategy to get the most of it. I believe in the power of sharing experiences and opinions and I would be grateful if more expert teachers could organize peer-work to encourage the less expert to improve technological competence.
An e-portfolio especially if shared could be useful because teachers feel the need to work together and improve together.
I have already said elsewhere that Italian School Systemy has introduced the role of the Animatore Digitale who actually plays a very important role, he could manage groups of teachers and establish easy goals to be reached (maybe one aspect of the TET SAT at a time) with whom organize an e portfolio and a learning diary starting exactly from the "how to build a learning diary and why"

Look at the areas and sub-areas with lowest scores. Firstly, identify those that will enable you and your students to do things that you are unable to do without ICT (innovation). Like most of the teachers present in the platform, I think it is important and interesting to create an e-portfolio, as well as a diary of personal learning. Certainly it must not be resolved into a mere fact, as a means of critical reflection from which to start for a subsequent level of personal development.
They must represent a sort of "toolbox" to refer to in order to take stock of the current situation and to discuss hypotheses of development.

I have only partially explored an Italian content (La scuola ''sottosopra'' = the Flipped classroom on the INDIRE website) and a European content (New Comic! I learned about the ATS - 2020 which I will surely be using to improve even more my knowledge and skills. After receiving their TET-SAT score and analyzing the scores, I would suggest to go to the resource page which gives us access to a world of opportunities to improve the areas which we scored less on. Also the idea of ATS is fantastic, using the portfolio you can keep track of your work, where you started from and where you are going and where you actually end up.
There needs to be a support system in place at school for all of those colleagues who are interested in the path and there should be some sort of community at school to whom one can turn to in case they need help.

I think that highlighting the weaknesses in the self-assessment should give them more attention and concentrate the update for their own professional growth. The idea of the portfolio is not new, but it is necessary to update it constantly through participation in courses and activities, exchange projects and partnerships with colleagues from other schools. At this point in my carer, after more than 20 years of teaching and hundreds of hours spent in professional development, I reached the point where I need empirical evidence of what works and what doesn't, based in real-life experiences rather than in theoretical frameworks. I can't seem to find such opportunities in my school community/district, but fortunately I have found invaluable resources online like TET-SAT. I believe that, in order to improve competences, each teacher has to evaluate himself regularly and as objectively as possible and to observe the evolution of the score received.
