So far the learning process is very effective. I was exposed to the roles and responsibilities that principals need to perform in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. To ensure the continuity of teaching and learning can be continued, principals need to identify every potential, strength and problems found in the school. The articles as well as journals and reading materials provided to me were very beneficial for me to know my own potential as well as use my strength to plan the development of the school.

Live forum sessions with FLT and course partners gave a lot of exposure and sharing about the situation faced. Although this pandemic issue is a global issue, but, the sharing of ideas and the proliferation of thoughts can be used in my locality with a little adjustment. Overall, the course was very interesting and I can't wait to be together in the next live session.

It was interesting when I was asked to write with respect to the philosophy of leadership. In fact, it is a translation of the goal setting, objectives, direction, vision as well as mission found in my leadership. However, it becomes very interesting when generational differences need to be processed and adapted to the diversity of staff development programs in schools in an effort to increase the level of excellence. Identifying the potential of teachers is very important in compiling, formulating and setting strategies so that the KPIs can be achieved. This is where the emphasis on the value of trust among fellow teachers and teachers ’trust in principals needs to be enhanced. This is the emphasis found in Module 2. It is very interesting and can stimulate thinking to find a variety of methods to ensure that KPIs are achieved.

Love at the first sight! The moment I study the module, my feeling of doing it in rushed and started to jump from one module to another. The course is just right for working individuals like us because of its flexi time. I just hope live discussions are recorded and posted in a closed FB group page SO that it can be viewed again if the participant is not available during the forum. I also hope assignments and forums be graded after they are posted at least with in 24 - 48 hours. Thank you.
