In the recent years there has been the discussion about if parents should stay at home, they argue that staying in house is better for them so they can share time with the kids while their spouse go to work. Other people argue that this is not correct and that both parents have to share time with their kids and that their sons do not stay most of the time with only one parent. On this essay we will discuss about both points of view wich I partially agree with the parent staying at home

In the recent years, a huge amount of parents decide to take a rest from their jobs for staying at home and spending more time with their sons while his spose work. Some people affrm that this is more convenient for the family than having both parents working every day

Nowadays, different families have a variety of dynamics as significant changes in comparison of the last decades, regarding to traditional gender roles. In the case of fathers, they are choosing to take a break from their careers to care for their children while their wives work full-time. This creates a debate about which model in families work the most in the actual period regarding if both parents work or only one works.
