         <description><![CDATA[<div>I see some students drawing on back when done. How do students know they are done? I noticed that you are leveraging your FA to record students' verbal responses! If everyone but 1 student is responding to cue and you have behavior narrated that student now needs a consequence. During words their way, I noticed you using songs and gestures to help students stay engaged and to position them as competent sense makers.</div>]]></description>
