Juggling benefit our cultural because it was use for one of our arctic sports .. It is made with sewing, Sewing with seal skin caribou hide for string and bones for needles , it connects us to our passed generation and can be used to educate children , I remember watching one of my friends juggling (being Physical) and singing the juggling song in Inuktitut , I remember her getting mixed up with some parts of the song as she said it was a bit challenging with juggling (Cognitive/Language)
