In the sit and reach test my client got a score of 14 and he had to do it 3 times to make sure that it was an accurate reading and on the others ir was the same and comparing this to normative data this was classed as being above average

When my client did the grip dyamometer test they did 3 with the left hand and 3 with the right hand to make sure it was a correct read. In these tests he got 76,70 and 67 with his right hand which was his strongest hand and on the left hand which was his weaker hand he got a score of 72,75 and 71 which for both hands was excellent for both of them.

On the 1 minute press up test my client did this 3 times and got 56,55 and 50 which for all 3 of them was again excellent.

On the 35 meter sprint my client ran this length 3 times to make sure it was an accurate read and on all of them got a score under 5 seconds which means that all of them were classed as goodn the notrmative data.

On the 12 minute cooper run this consisted of running around the pitch as many timess you could in 12 minutes and work out how far it was and my client managed to get a score of 1566 meters which comparing it to normative data was poor.
