A number of users are reporting an inability to access the production environment.  An expert opinion has advised Channel 4 GHPTV that if you are affected by this, you should call IT Services who will ask you if you have tried turning your machine off and back on again.

Here in CRM production we're seeing a number of bugs that are indeed affecting users in different ways.

It seems that for the time being, provider data cannot be validated by using individual practitioner data.  That means that we cannot search for individual physician, nurse, physician assistant profiles by NPI or Name.  Currently, to search for providers in CRM, a facility or practice NPI is required. 

In other news, it appears that Low Income Subsidy (commonly referred to as LIS) level data is incorrectly populating showing that all members have a LIS level of four.  This is not correct.  Pharmacy is advising all personnel with access to refer to the CVS portal for member LIS information.

The good news is that the buttons are not NOT working... they're just not present :)  

Expert CRM Super-User and Learning Services Senior Training Specialist Jessie Miller sent us the following quote:
"We are aware of the authorization and appeals issue which are currently impacting staff at all levels --  system developers are currently investigating the issue.  In the mean time, we are advising all personnel remain calm and keep an eye on their email -- a work-around process will be distributed to all affected parties."
