I'm (Sam)antha! My pronouns are She/Her. I believe my photos provide a general idea of who I am and what brings me joy. This text should fill in the gaps. 
I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Austin, Texas in 2011 in search of better opportunities.
I graduated in American Sign Language interpreting in 2019 at ACC. After some major life events, I felt encouraged to return to ACC to shift my expand my education. This is my 2nd semester back. 
I am currently working on core classes to transfer to UT to earn a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies. 
I'm highly fascinated with differences in communication, language, psychology, and culture. I love learning about what influences an individual's communication style and methods of interaction. 
Interesting fact about myself is that my parents are Deaf and sign language was my first language. I'm considered to be a C.O.D.A (Child of Deaf Adults).
When I have the time, I love going out to music shows, working out (primarily pole fitness), hiking and just being out in nature, traveling, animals (especially my Ozzy cat), and spending time with people I love. Also, I also get a kick out of dressing up! I seize every opportunity I have to dress in costume!
