Now, the ones with the money don't do anything or even try to help the others in need. Even with all that they have, the good life and everything. But the lower classes and the helpless are actually the helpful they will do everything in their power to help those in need. Even if they don't have much. Now if were talking government them they definitely do not care about the ones who can't help themselves they continue to triumph over the powerless, the ones who have nothing.
