The expectation sheets work well to track behavior and missing assignments. 
The positive behavior is limited to every two weeks and for only the students who have no missing assignments. The downfall is it excludes kids from any sort of reward who may have had a good class, day, week, etc. 
Common language (positive and negative) and expectations across the grade levels would help.

- Woodland Wisdom. We like that it gives the other students examples. It is public recognition.
-Wolf of the Month- we love this but is there a way to make it a BIGGER deal? Have them talked about on the announcements, displayed in the hallway? Posters about the students?
-Could we have something like the "H pride" slips? Great way to decorate the cafeteria :-) Also is another way to publically show all the great things our kids are doing.
-Team said they liked the idea of having the expectation sheets as part of the planner and have a positive and negative side. How can we make it consistent across the grade levels?
-Quarter reward day?
-We have liked incorporating the green reflection sheets.

Things to work on/ need tweaking:
-Dismissal, especially the buses can be chaotic at times. Is there a way that the daycare buses can be in the back and not hold up the rest of the buses?
- Can we have things in the office for the students to do until we can send work down? A bucket of books, reflection sheets? We know we just don't want them sitting there- it just hard sometimes to send down work right away.
