I like how Joel tried to create a nice activity in the end, although it saddens me to say that all but one student actually managed to engage in the activity writing up proper PP sentences. My biggest concern is with my TTT and that particular stage, myebe being too thorough made it a little boring

In Johnny's case I believe that he was thorough as well, he did and excellent job giving real life examples of target language. As for TTT in the other activities, I'd say it was faulty in the CP phase, as I was running out of time. But good CCQ was used in a number of instances, together with the drilling.

However, I only interrupted the final task so that 2 students could be properly primed into using Passive Voice structures.

Students were elicited and drilled all over the class and provided me with good language.

As for Joel's lesson, the final task was again a crucial point when it comes to the main issues of his teaching practice. I've managed to improve my feedback for the final task, but not the CP one.

As for Joel, I'd say that focusing on getting the meaning correctly stated in the lesson plan is a must.

However, I really enjoyed the concept of his final task, and also how he dealt with the student's issues very patiently.
