<title>Robert Gagné, the author of the book The Conditions of Learning, observed a sequence of events that follow an organized classroom teaching process that shares the behaviorist approach to learning, focusing on the outcomes or behaviors of instruction or training. Each of the nine events of instruction is based on an information processing model of the cognitive events that occur when learners are presented with various stimuli. </title>
