The tools used is emotional appeal, as it's scaring the consumer by saying that when they ride alone, they are (secretly) riding with Hitler and thus, plotting to ruin the U.S.

Poster 2 - The objective of this poster is to recruit more soldiers as it's asking for the consumer to defend their country by enlisting into the U.S. Army.
