Along with that I have created a set of goals for myself.
1. Set expectations high BUT be full of grace in what the students can do  2. Be visible daily for my students (Pre-Recorded/Flip Grid/Impromptu google meets/Screencastify)
3. Meet the students where they are at and help them through the steps.
4. Don't try to learn everything a little, but instead learn a little well.
