I like it when things are housed within a Google Classroom, depending on how it's organized. Or just a hyperdoc -- a single page that is easy to use.

I also like the idea of housing in a Google Classroom. I'm not a fan of Teams. Hyperdocs are also easy to use and I love the one stop shopping they provide.

The Lexia training was not a big impact since it has online tools to support its use. We found the Morpheme Magic training and resource helpful and have been using it with students.

I really like how the 504 team has integrated everything "help" into Jeffco Help. There is a table of contents and you just click on the ToC link to go to the help page.

An administrator that I met at the in-person meeting at the beginning of the year gave me a data spreadsheet she had put together that I then used with my English department members to keep track of READ students. That spreadsheet has been terrific.

Since I support small learning communities, I carry the "lift" or communicating regarding READ plans. This task was neglected prior to this year.

In general, the time was more robust than it's been since I've been in the role. I felt that READ was more than a secondary assessment topic for the first time. It's still a challenge for secondary students, particularly seniors who have no assessments for use.

High school is different than even middle school and coordinators have different levels of experience with READ Plans. I would appreciate differentiated sessions for high school or differentiated sessions by experience in doing READ plans.

I meet weekly with my instrucational coach and share slides and important/info and dates. I can also forward slides and documents to my principal for planning purposes. I have been able to share goal examples with teachers and link the documents on how to navigate READ plans in SOARS for them.

How to use paper copies of D8 was helpful since we don't pay for any of the online access past 3rd grade in our k-8 building. It was hard to find the time to get those passages done, however!

The district coordinator page is great. Create a one-pager with links for all of the common questions/processes used in READ plans. The resources already there are great.

I would like to talk to people doing a job similar to mine and have an opportunity to talk about the data we use and how we exit a student. I wonder if a "work session" offering would be beneficial to people as a training. A lot of the info I've heard before, but streamlining data, progress monitoring and what to use is still tricky. Also how other schools are utilizing their teachers.
