         <description><![CDATA[<div>Both affect people's ability to stay focused on things like schoolwork, social interactions, and everyday activities.<br><br>Kids with ADHD are hyperactive, and might struggle with things like sitting still.<br><br>Kids with ADD aren't always "bursting with energy", but might be daydreaming, or off in their own world.<br><br>Kids with the inactive type of ADHD might struggle finishing tasks or following directions. They might be easily distracted and appear forgetful or careless. Some symptoms of ADHD are less noticeable compared to symptoms of hyperactivity and impulsity, inactive ADHD is often overlooked.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>ADHD is a neurological disorder, so it's defined by the sort of clinical symptoms that you see. <br><br>If an adult thinks they could have ADHD, the doctor will look at previous records to see if any teachers made note or their were any parent concerns when the person was a child. <br><br>A doctor may suggest medicating when it causes functioning problems or when parents notice that their child is struggling with things that other children aren't.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This section was very interesting to me because there are a lot of differences between ADHD and ADD, and sometimes it is hard to tell if a student has one of these disorders.<br><br>Sometimes there aren't clear signs that the student needs medicine to help stay focused, but once they do have medicine, the succeed in school more.<br><br>There was a lot of very helpful tips and facts about the disorders that will be good to use in a classroom, like giving the student small tasks, and rewarding good behavior over punishing bad behavior.</div>]]></description>
