This relates to the theme because it shows that I really did not care for the game or getting hurt and really wanted to do anything besides play the game.  ]]> 2021-01-12 16:53:43 UTC https://padlet.com/schutzc/brwpyxfacqezi6qr/wish/1079470378 schutzc https://padlet.com/schutzc/brwpyxfacqezi6qr/wish/1079473668 A few years ago some friends from high school got together and started a sand volleyball team and would play a few Saturdays a month.  I decided since I hadn't played volleyball since 8th grade gym class that I would give it a try.  It was supposed to be for fun, but one of my friends was very competitive and would get upset when I did not hit the ball correctly or would flinch when the ball would get too close to my face. I also hated the way the ball stung my hands when I would try to pass the ball over the net.
