The Pituitary glands are located behind the eyes and depending on the size of the pituitary tumor, it can push the optic nerve affecting the information the eye sends out. 
- The pituitary tumor pushes the optic chiasm causing loss of vision in both eyes
- The surrounding nerves that help the eye move properly surround the pituitary gland and if the pituitary tumor pushes one of these nerves it could cause muscle weakness in muscles that help move the eye affecting the alignment of the eye and causing double vision
