A: We can develop the algorithms needed to provide customers with a good experience. We can also develop the application and provide data for the algorithms to recognize the product that is being scanned.

 

2)    How long do you estimate development is going to take?

A: It depends on how complex you want the app to be, the more features you include like UX and UI can function in many ways. But it could take up to a month or a year even, as I said it really does depend.

3)    How much will you charge for development?

A: I can't give you an accurate number because the price will depend on the workload. Clients that we’ve worked with in the past needed image recognition embedded into their software which costs around 56,000 alone. So, a starting price for overall development is 100,000.

4)    Once the application is launched, what should be done afterwards?

A: you’re going to have to monitor the performance for the first week or even the first month depending on how many active users are in there. It’s advised that you gather user feedback so that you can make the CORRECT improvements based on that feedback. A: yeah of course but how complex do you want it to be is the question, based on the complexity it can be done but no exact time frame is given because we need to investigate it with more detail.

A)    Install a good firewall and anti-interception software or we could even provide you with cybersecurity systems.

A: you will need to make sure that you have a licence to operate, first, ensure the company has been registered of course, and obtain cybersecurity insurance as well to cover the damages or a breach of data.

a)     Regular updates and bug fixes I would say, but you’d also need to check the API’s so that the application can keep operating digitally.
