 I expected by FES data to be pretty bad with respect to culture in the LC and also with respect to PM support because there was initial tensions between me and few Fellows and also the LC was shaping up in a very different way than expected.

2. What did you expect your NPS to be?
 The NPS score to be very honest was expected to be around 0-10 with majority of the Fellows at a 7 or 8 becoming passives.
 
3. Which statements did you guess you'll do well in and which you thought might be low?
 I expected high scores on statements related to organisational culture and their own alignment with purpose, vision, and mission. I expected low scores in almost every statement relating to the smaller ecosystem (read LC) and specifically my support and listening. Definitely predicted empathetic listening to be around 30-40% Agree/Strongly Agree.

Was predicting a couple of negative responses to statements around connection with the children and the experience of the fellowship on the whole. Given what we had been hearing from the fellows around the challenges of blended, was predicting a higher feeling lack of connection and purpose. 


  2. What did you expect your NPS to be? 
NPS I had expected would be anywhere between a 0-5 for the given reason above. Also, the fact that support was not timely and the support they received was very minimal.

What did you predict about your FES? 
I expected PM support statements to be very low given I was inconsistent with the support in Sept- October.
 I had a theory around Y2s dealing with the circumstance and feeling challenged or lost - y1s walking in to a virtual fellowship and insti - overall expectations straightforward.

What did you expect your NPS to be? 
I did expect an NPS of 0-5 roughly with both the cohorts in my LC.

Well being would be low
Culture, LC as a circle and would be high.
Support for async, sync , training i thought would be lower

I expected Y2s' "city events hlp me grow as a teacher and leader" to be higher than it is given the excellent tresponses to LL.

- Statements involving PM and other support areas were expected to be average and not low. 
- Y1 fellows would have stronger understanding of ped and asynch-synch flow as compared to Y2
- Flexibility in their work time is something that I did not expect to turn out low.
2. NPS score expectation:
- I know it would be low, given the differential touch points and support received by fellows.
