She comes from a big family and has a very "let me handle this" attitude because of how much she's responsible for around the station & gang, but is also generally the funny one out of a group. Think your favourite English teacher kind of vibes.

Given she's often away from her family (two wives, two kids under 12), she has a hard time feeling like she fits in anywhere off the station, and especially feels out-of-the-loop. So she overcompensates, which often feels like criticism or looking for problems where none exist.

She's trying desperately to not fall back into her smoking and over-caffeinating habits again.

She has a prosthetic arm, from her own arm being torn off in a mechanical accident in her mid-teens while fixing a large bore drillhead attachment in the Luna workshops. She tinkers with it constantly, and has a love-hate relationship with it.

She's juggling a massive secret project which only one of her wives knows about, so is also dealing with the very real possibility she might come out of the project as a double-divorcee.
