While in the hospital, Graham connect with everyone he met there. It was the late ​1990s​, when the Internet was relatively new and not as widely accessible. there was no way for them to go online at the hospital. So Graham would lend other sick children his toys or act silly to make them laugh, so they wouldn't feel lonely since they couldn't communicate with the outter world. He was an amazing boy but unfortunately died at the age of ​8​ in ​1997​. leslie was inspired by Graham’s care for others and made the organization “​Grahamtastic​” in his honor. This organization helps children with cancer or other serious illness stay connected with the outter world.
