As it is important to communicate well, this module helps us understand what others are trying to convey and allows people to express their own needs and concerns effectively through communication.
Lead by Ms Thivilojana Preinpasingam, students will learn components within interpersonal, group and organizational communication such as perception, listening, group decision making, leadership and conflict.

In groups a group of 6, we are required to come up with a photo blog and submit it in a creative manner. The photo blog must consist of 25-30 photos of any location of our choice. In addition to that, write-ups of about 20 to 30 words must be added to each picture as captions to further highlight the story of the blog.

The photos should focus on or portray life in the following areas:
  • People – ethnic background, gender, age.
  • Food – types of food and food presentation at hawker stalls.
  • Activities – kinds of activities found in the surrounding of the suggested location.
  • Cultural conservation on buildings – Façade, interior and exterior design of the building and ornamentation.
