It is with great pleasure that I write this letter in support of Naseema de Vries. I have worked alongside Naseema for a year at Wynberg Girls Junior School and would not hesitate in recommending her. Naseema would be an asset in any school.
Naseema has been part of our team in Grade R as an intern and we have loved having her as part of our team. She has a special relationship with each learner and works efficiently alongside all the teachers.
Naseema has often had to step in for the teachers when they are absent. She gladly would pick up the mantle and follow the teaching plan and expectations for the day. Mrs De Vries began her journey with us at WGJS in 2021 as an assistant in the Grade R area and brought with her a sense of calm and beauty. She eased into the environment with a quiet confidence, which is magical, in a grade where there is so much wonder and excitement.
Mrs De Vries is elegant in her approach to engaging with the learners, a natural nurturer, and there are always joyful moments to be shared. Her work ethic is impeccable. She is hard-working, accommodating, honest and trustworthy. I have been privileged to have worked alongside her and see these traits as imperative to that of an educator.
Mrs De Vries takes initiative in the workspace and seeks to find ways to be involved with the daily activities.
