You need to be a good multi-tasker and flexible with your availability: I have little to no difficulty in multi-tasking and I find myself being able to perform multiple tasks to the best of my ability all at once. When I make a commitment I do everything I can to ensure that it keeps, so I have no trouble with making a large commute to work if needed.
. Being assertive and having no trouble in taking charge when needed: I very much value teamwork as I think it’s a very important aspect to running any business however, if needed I can use my initiative and take charge.
. Quick to think and problem solve: Given my experience as a barista I feel that my problem solving abilities in this industry would be a little more polished then most, I tend to think on my feet and waste no time in acting on a solution
. Friendly and approachable personality to make customers feel at ease: It is important to show an interest in the customer as well as answer any questions they may have for you, communicated well with a customer is important as it allows room for a better overall experience. 
. Have no trouble in working in a fast paced environment: It’s important to not buckle under stress and maintain a level head when needed.
