Monthly planning calendar in Google Docs, Maui Monthly Programs in Sheets, Slack, discussion about the focus for the month since grants and various other factors are always changing.

Have a planning calendar in Google that can be used to input UNCONFIRMED events/programs. So you can pull up multiple calendars at the same time (your personal, the Maui calendar, and Family Hui calendar) and view conflicts. There can also be reminders/alerts in the calendar (eg programs due, timesheet due, etc)

I think reminders are helpful, necessary, and can be welcomed. Ppl may not like giving reminders or receiving them, but they can be viewed as a supportive measure as we all work hybrid and have various tasks we're juggling.
