Suggestion: Rename the trigger act - with new signs of gender backsliding;

Triggering - social influence, building the atmosphere, creating narratives.

Anything can be trigger. It is very broad definition and it can not be defined.

The trigger is an act that activates the responses/follow ups/ signal or specific incidents that activates follow ups.

Raise concern/worry in terms gender rights, women rights, targets gender equality.

Data integrity, protection and collection

Key idea: prioritise life and safety of members over data collection. Do not need to feel pressure to submit data when at risk. Find other ways to deliver data - e.g. international spaces outside country context for sharing trigger acts; help of colleagues in the network/countries; collaborate with UN (e.g.) to lower risk for data submission.
