The ghost peppers first burn in your mouth, generating a feeling as though your mouth is burning away. Your taste buds will release chemicals to cool your mouth, but it will barely work. I have a friend who has tried it and they stated that they sat crying in bed for around an hour, because the pepper was SO HOT!

But after that, the pepper and the meat will go down your esophagus, towards your stomach. After being broken down by stomach acid, the food will go into your small intestine, where the nutrients will be absorbed and sent into the bloodstream.

After that, the blood will go to your kidneys, where the waste will be filtered from your blood and sent down the large intestine, towards the bladder, and then out the anal cavity. So, chances are, you will be sitting in pain on the toilet for an hour, holding onto the hand of a fellow family member and signing your own will to be given to your siblings.

One, you shouldn't have wasted all that money on a single glass of ginger ale. Jeez! Ginger Ale is crap anyway!

But besides the point, after you swallow Satan's medicine, the liquid travels down your esophagus towards the stomach, where the nutrients are taken from the broken down food, and it is absorbed by the small intestine. The nutrients are sent to the blood and filtered by the kidneys. Except, this time, the waste and impurities from the blood are sent down a different tube towards the urinal gland, and then exit the body in urine.
