The Nishisando is a minalistic, futuristic looking public toilet. We are most impressed by their sink at the front, which features a curved, boat shape basin. However we also saw that the cleanliness of the toilet was subpar. Specifically, there was manure on the toilet floor.

We've went to the Nishisando toilet. The sink outside has a creative and practical design (I am personally impressed by the cool water coming out in this sunny day). There are toilets for men, women, and a separated one for people who are inconvenient to enter the former two. It's most surprising that there's also a toilet room for male baby carriers, reflecting the awareness that babysitting is not a job only for females.

The yoyogi fukamachi mini park toilet uses the famous transparent-to-opaque glass window design. The vibrant colours with its instant opacity capacity brightens up the otherwise dull playground. The only issue I forsee is how the toilet lacks a cooling system, making it quite unbearable during the hot summer with the heat trapped inside.

The Yoyogi Hachiman toilet is next to the Yoyogi Park, where the unique design blends in perfectly with the neighbourhood forest environment. The three mushroom-like units are create separate space units for male and female, while the color use is harmonious with the surrounding. Its location at the side of main road junction is convenient for pedestrian use. But we wonder whether only 1 unit of toilet for each gender is sufficient for common use.
