Because when children turn into teenagers,then adults. but when you grow older, you would go to parties and maybe start drinking and some drugs. When under the influence of drugs and alcohol, you tend to make bad decisions. You can't control what you do when your drunk. But, I know a few people who actually successfully became a parents and are well, even today.
