Love can be complicated because of the actions that are happening in the story due to the. "the mix up of true love" and how you teach someone or something about love, thinking "they" deserve it. But also love can lead to more than one lover in the line, coming to how there was that person that you were dating with, and all the sudden there was another man/women there that you loved coming to see you. By then they where confuse of why (He or Her or ice cream truck LOL🤣) until it lead up to the truth that you where cheating to one and another making it hard to trust you a heading towords the fact about the confusion of love.

Love is complicated in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" because there are multiple problems happening in the love square (Lysander, Hermia, Helena, and Demetrius). Problem such as Robin starting chaos between the lovers, Hermia's father hating his daughters lover (1.1.27-33 and 1.1.97-99), and etc. Love in "EPICAC" is also complicated because the narrator introduced "Love" to EPICAC and how he loved Pat. EPICAC later started to "Love" Pat too and wanted to marry her. Later, when the narrator found out that EPICAC loved Pat as well, tension started to arise between the narrator and EPICAC (Paragraph 33-50). The narrator told EPICAC about how woman can't love machines and how "Fate" chose the narrator's destiny to be married with Pat (Paragraph 46-50). EPICAC later accepted his "Fate" and short circuited in order to leave the narrator and Pat alone forever.

When some of the lovers are being controlled and can't do anything to help themselves, this causes the characters who have not been overcome with these powers to be confused. That confusion can lead the characters to believe things that are untrue, which causes a sense of anger and frustration. In 90-160 the lovers are arguing because of their confusion and frustration towards one another that was caused by all the complications love has to offer.

The fact that lovers undertake false actions to pursue love makes love more complicated by showing how people like the narrator can corrupt loves true meaning by lying just so that they can trick someone else into loving them back. Like take the narrator for example he constantly puts his needs ahead of both Pam and EPICAC. By lying to Pam and only delivering half of what he promises her in the text paragraph 54 Pat asks him to write her a poem every anniversary they have but he never even wrote the the first one he gave her to get her to marry him by lying he has not contributed to the relationship the amount that he needs to he has let EPICAC do all of the ground work so the narrators marriage his love is all based on a "false" action.

Love is complicated because sometimes people do false things to pursue their true love. In Epicac the narrator used Epicac's poems to get Pat to love him. In paragraph 25 it says how Pat loved the poems. In paragraph 54 Pat said she would marry the narrator if he wrote her a poem every anniversary. Pat never knew that the foundation of their love, the poems were written by EPICAC. Similarly in A Midsummer Night Dream Oberon and Robin used the flower's magic to create love. They made true love false, and people are not truly in love with who they think they are.

Love is complicated because people can lie to keep true love Meaning to pursue and keep a relationship, some people might lie. The text "EPICAC" states "Indestructible. Lasts Forever,' I lied" This shows that the narrator is lying to preserve his relationship with Pat.

Love is complicated in "EPICAC" by the fact the narrator pursues "false" actions in order to obtain "true" love. An example of this, is the narrator using EPICAC's poems to win over Pat. In paragraph 36 of "EPICAC" the narrator states "I signed my name to your poems,". This could be seen as a false action since he misled EPICAC and Pat. The way this complicated love was that now EPICAC believed he was in love with Pat. Luckily for the narrator EPICAC conceded and decided to short circuit himself after coming to learn the truth.

When the Narrator started to tell EPICAC about Pat he fell in love and started printing off poems for Pat not knowing the Narrator was using them for himself to make Pat fall in love with him. Also in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" Robin used false actions to make Demetrius to fall in love with Helena but he gave it to the wrong person(Lysander) and ended up making very confusing love because of false actions.

Love is complicated by the fact that lovers undertake "false" actions to pursue "true" love because the actions of the characters change frequently and they do things that can be uncalled for or unfair such as the narrator stealing EPICAC's poems for the girl he loved even though EPICAC loved her as well. In A Midsummer Nights Dream, Robin and Oberon both made mistakes by tampering with true love which could be considered a false or unfair action.

One of them being the main one which is when the narrator sent EPICAC's poems to Pat and claimed that he made them. This is shown in paragraph 36 when the narrator states, " I signed my name to your poems, I admitted" This shows how the narrator took credit and lied to Pat (his future wife) about EPICAC's poems in the pursuit for love.

The characters taking "false" actions and "true" love makes love difficult by the effect their false actions have on other characters. By Oberon and Robin putting the flowers magic on Lysander and Demetrius, they set the two under false actions to chase the "true" love they've been set to believe. Lysander and Demetrius under this magic are forced to love Helena instead of being with who they truly want. Helena doesn't take this kindly and sees it a the two men mocking her. With all three involved characters having different views to these actions, it makes love their love complicated. In "EPICAC" the false actions are carried out by EPICAC and the narrator. The two argue over who Pat should love using things like who's smarter and who can write better poetry to win the argument. Before this the narrator uses EPICAC's poems as his own to win over Pat, setting her into this false love which would eventually make the love throughout the three complicated.

Love can be complicated we know this because in the passage EPICAC the narrator is in love with the character Pat but she at first does not like the narrator we know this because he try's to propose to Pat but she said at first "Try and say it sweetly"[p.14] the narrator try's to but he got the response of " You're sweet, but you won't do" [p.16]. Later on the narrator tells the machine EPICAC what's going on then EPICAC wrote a poem that says "Where willow wands bless rill-crossed hollow, there, thee, Pat, dear, will I follow" [p.24] the narrator gives the poem to Pat and wrote his name on the poem as if it were his own. Later Pat reads it and the narrator asked Pat to marry him agin this time she says yes on one condition that he will right a poem on every anaversery thy have. So "love is complicated by the fact that lovers undertake false actions to pursue true love" or what they call true love.

In "A Midsummer Night's Dream" ,the characters undertaking false actions is them not loving who they "truly" love. The love potion Oberon and Robin put on the four lovers caused them to love who they don't "truly" love ;the potion caused them to feel different than how they did in the beginning of the book. This makes their love complicated by the four lovers having consequences for their poor actions caused by the potion. They did not know they were under a spell making some think their love really didn't love them ,causing each other to be frustrated with their false love. EPICAC shows the complications of love by the narrator telling EPICAC what fate is and him thinking he does not deserve life for the narrator's mistakes. Later ,the narrator feel bad for telling him that he cannot marry a woman. EPICAC's love situation is complicated ,because he cannot control his fate much like the four lovers in "A Midsummer Night's Dream."
