I love the microteaching approach because it offers diverse feedback which is still very detailed and complex (compared to reflective group which focuses on 1 issue). During short time you showcase your skills and see other people do the same within one session (main benefit compared to teaching observation I would say). Diary is also great because it is very flexible and does not require a hired expert. You can improve by yourself.

I hope to use some of these in the future and see the improvement for example in student evaluations since I dont currently have access to teaching observation platform.

My personal focus would be on reflective team,regararding an issue on my teaching I have observed I face with again and again (in pattern). I find important to give my perception on the teaching issue in that case.

However, I would like to gain the general image of my teaching practice, the impact it has on students, how well facilitate their learning, etc., I would choose to be observed by an expert. If I wanted to explore a teaching issue on a content matter, I would like to be observed and receive feedback from a peer.
