I'm living the life of a rich man. I am well off on money and I enjoy my job very much. Today I woke up and immediately got some orders from the lord. I had to accompany her on a walk into the town while carrying my sword to threaten the lower classes. After that, I went back to the Estate of the Lord to punish the serfs, because I hate them, which is always fun. Then, I went to the nearest brothel and got in a fight with another knight, but then the Lord ended the dispute. We then ate our bread and stew with our other peasant friends. We made fun of the serfs for being animals that can't leave the manor. We went to work at the mill. Today is tax day which is never fun but at least we get paired unlike the serfs. Everyday we respect the knight and lord and we follow what they say. I worked all day in the fields outside the Lord's estate, it's back breaking work and by the end of the day I nearly collapse from exhaustion. The lucky serfs get to work in the Lord's mansion. They are still treated poorly but the work is not as intense as mine. I live in constant fear from the whip of the knights. Every tiny mishap deserves a beating in the Lord's eyes. Even worse is knowing that no matter how hard I work my children and I will forever be serfs. I woke up today in my royal, comfortable bed. Once I was out of bed I got dressed in my rich, royal, beautiful clothing. I received some orders from the king that I had to do. Then, I talked to my hardworking knight about his orders and things that he has to get done today. After, I was made a delicious breakfast from the terrible serfs. Even though my breakfast was very good and there was a lot of work put into it, I still do not like the serfs. I don't even really know them, but just seeing their poor, sad little faces around the estate makes me angry.
