Better mix of day and evening times and blended (online groups meet face to face occasionally) ? 

Aim for 12 Core groups and 8 thematic group (eg. Employment skills, SQA comms  employability award etc..)  
Online and face to face offers for both numeracy and literacy 

Short courses to offer as part of exit guidance e.g. adult Achievement Awards, prep for college , study skills, employability award targeted at young adults? 

Upskilling for staff in guidance  

Get own helpline phone number 

SQA assessor training for tutors 

AAA awards training for tutors? 

Consolidation of exit guidance practise 

Development and Support for volunteers in as much provision as possible, but particularly core Groups  

Keep city wide database of participants in core provision 
Tutors use teams for registers/info etc..

D.O. meets person 1-1 , chats about provision and what the learner wants, completes SIS (Student Information) form 

D.O. assigns person to group if appropriate, and introduces them to tutor 

Once joined group, learner completes Individual learning plan (ILP) with tutor and this is reviewed each term.
