I am unhappy with the quality of the computer  I bought on 25 March and I am writing to seek a replacement.

I cannot move the cursor by using the touchpad. I had to use the mouse to move it. I would like you to replace it with another touchpad for free.

I have attached a photocopy of my receipt as proof of purchase.

I would like to have this problem fixed quickly please.

 It happened at 11 a.m. yesterday.

 3. Trouble/Incident/Accident Description:

An employee took a sample off the belt to check the dryness of the trackball of the grinder. When he touched one of the light frames and the chiller at the same time, he received an electrical shock. Luckily, the supervisor found him lying on the floor, and then, he was taken to the hospital right away. He got an electrical shock and a first-degree burn on his right hand.  

4. Causes:

I think because of the faulty belt grinder

5. Action/Trouble solving:

We need to check the machines again

6. Recommendation/Remark:

 i  recommend checking and maintaining the belt grinder every day.

Planning works of the project still belonged to this month having two major tasks: basic design confirmation and detail sign (included civil design). The civil work will be broken down into 5 small tasks. In July, civil work was conducted for the whole month, until the second week of August did it finish. This time was just for installing machines and electrical works as well as finishing work before they commissioned and tested from 15 th to 22 th, August. After three months, water could be supplied on 29th of August.

The project is going to last for 5 days, from August 10th to August 14th. We also have $5,000 for this project. Our available tools are 10 electrical sockets, 10 computers, and 5 sets of installing tools. We need a 100-meter cable, 10 modems and 10 wi-fi routers. 

For the task schedule, we are going to replace cable network and install new computers on August 10.

After that, we are going to connect cable to new computers on 11th. The date for installing the modem and Wi-Fi generator is the 12th. We are going to activate new network system on the 13th. Finally, on the 14th of August, we will test and report about the new network.

For maintenance, we will check daily operation, make trouble report and support customers in trouble shooting.
