Beyond the initial icebreaker, it would be great to have more time in breakout rooms. If you send us into breakout rooms and want us to talk, the time we've been given is often too short.

Perhaps we are asking too much of our nonprofit partners.

I feel that there needs to be more time for collaboration, most of the time the break out groups are too large and then only 1 person can speak or we are pulled back into the main session mid conversation.

Some of this information felt like it should have been presented in the first one or two as it felt more baseline around the grant management position -- helpful, but felt out of place with the Power Gap topics/discussions
