         <description><![CDATA[<div>Jayson : Unfortunately, I was only able to give written feedback to my colleagues in the project as part of the mid year evaluation needed by their direct managers.&nbsp; I was not really able to practice the IDIDIT feedback tool.&nbsp; Seems IDIDIT is for performance improvement, but most of the feedback that I gave was on acknowledging their accomplishments.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Irene: Not able to receive the feedback using I DID IT. But would like to share the recent mid-year performance review that we had.  What worked is the open communication that I and our team members had  hence giving on what needs to improve is not a challenge. I need to start to work to tasks delegation and stop dominating meetings. </title>

         <title>Chet: I don&#39;t have anybody directly under me but I set a general monthly 1 on 1 with my team. First thing I ask from them is I ask for feedback from them, about their task and how they are in general. After that a provide some feedback on how to improve.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Jayson : For a situation wherein I gave feedback before wherein I think it worked, is with the new person that we have in the project.&nbsp; I gave feedback to him regarding the situation wherein if he needs help, then call out for help.&nbsp; He did mention that, in the culture that he grew up in, they just do things and do not complain.&nbsp; What I did was advise him, to set an internal deadline for himself to troubleshoot issues and once his internal deadline is up, then ask help from other team members.<br><br></div>]]></description>
