Holy unbelievers do not trust in the Lord. Unholy Christian do not act according to the Lord's will, they commit sin while calling themselves Christian.

Solutions:
For the Holy unbeliever, the solution is to make him believe in the Lord. Preach to that person the Gospel and show him the way, and he will be fixed. For the unholy Christian, you should make them understand the gravity of their wrongdoings. On top of smearing the Lord's face with mud, they are ruining the lives of the people around them.
