         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I'm stressed I roll over my couch and walk on the edge of it while touching the ceiling. I also pop bubble rap but the last time I did that i was rolling on it to pop it faster and I got stuck upside down. (My mom had to help me up.)</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I feel stressed or overwhelmed a  trick that I use to stop feeling stressed or overwhelmed is to 1: Go to my room.  I usually lay in my bed and watch something on my phone to calm me down. 2: Go outside and play a sport. I usually play basketball or softball outside. 3: Talk to someone. I usually talk to my best friend  because she always cheers me up. 4: Breath.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sometimes when I feel stressed I will pet or hug my dog but this may not work at school so I can hug him for good luck right before. Or I did this when I was at camp and didnt have my dog with me, I just took out a really good book and I read it for a while and then my thoughts stopped obsessing over whatever I was stressed about and they just focused on the book.</div>]]></description>
