Mission and Vision Statements 2. Ethics & Social Responsibility Initiatives 3. EAPs & Benefits 

    With corporate and social responsibility being a huge issue for most consumers if I were to work here I would recommend they add this along with a mission and vision statement. Not only would it help their brand but in the close community of local businesses it would give other local bars an idea of what The Bar District is and what they are about.
