Kristen researched free arborist inventory tools and settled on i-tree (see email example of data field options). Will FMS dedicate resources to do regular inventories of trees, especially in hazard zones? What role might classes play in adding to the inventory?

Kyle Mason, Don Hankins, and Adrienne Edwards are planning invasive species removal and installation of willow wattle patches on the creek banks near Warner St. in a long-term process to establish willow stands there and stem erosion. Any comments/concerns/kudos?

Is there anyplace on campus that veggie/flower planter boxes might make sense to trial for students? BEC & students groups could be involved. This is an old idea, would require regular maintenance, so perhaps finding very specific places where boxes would be monitored might work. Maybe try one or two?
