         <description><![CDATA[<div>In order to be State Legislators can be found in the Constitution. In many states you have to be a resident in the district he/she wants to serve and represent. Yo must be at least 25 years old, keeping in mind that less than 4% of lawmakers are under than age of 31 so it is very unlikely to be elected so young.</div>]]></description>
