It is a portal city which is located in the Northern Vietnam. Haiphong is also known as the city of flamboyant since the flower usually blooms magnificiently here during the summer months.
There are many activities you can take part in when visiting Haiphong. Do Son beach and Catba Island are the two famous destination where you can go swimming and sightseeing. A city centre tour is also a great way to explore the city's culture. Hai Phong has 4 seasons, very cold winter and very hot summer.  Hai Phong is located in the North, this is a port city and famous for red phoenix flowers.  You can go to eat, go to Cat Ba or Do Son when you come here. People in Haiphong are generally hospitable though some may look a bit grumpy; they are especially kind and friendly to tourists. Hai Phong is a food paradise so I have nothing more to say about the food here.  They are healthy, cheap and taste great. Hai Phong people use motorbikes the most, but I also see a lot of cars. - my city is famuos for red phonenix flowers and the city people are very funny and open.  in particular , the food here is very unique . if you have chance , you should try it once
- about the driving , you should be careful with the shipper because they drive very fast and use their phones while driving

When it comes to traditional food in Haiphong, it's impossible not to mention Banh Da Cua. A bowl of that attract dish usually includes shrimp, betel leaf wrapped pork balls, mantis shrimp, some scallions, lemon, chili, and vegetables served. Its interesting flavor will win the heart of food lovers.
2. The people
People of Hai Phong often have a very own personalities. They are straightforward, strong, and also very friendly.
3. The weather
The weather in Hai Phong is typical of the weather in the North. It's divided into 4 distinct seasons: Spring, summer, autumn, and winter. However, the weather here is changeable and makes me feel under the weather.

The weather is hot humid and rain a lot. I think you should visit here in summer because Tourist places are usually open a lost in this time.You can go to DS or CB to swim, eat seafood and in HP we have many mall you can come there and shopping here .
