Personally, I have not experienced the position of manager, so I have not experienced any management style.If I ever become a manager, I think I will choose a democratic style. I would choose to be a leader, to motivate my employees, to be organized and responsibility to be the key to the company.

If an employer were interested in my skills, I would let them know about my talents and the work they do for me. I am passionate about fashion, about what we see with our eyes, in short, art.
I like to give advice to my friends about fashion, makeup. I have no experience in this field, but I think I can combine the pleasant with the useful. I could be a beauty consultant.
