In today's world this is known as prostitution.&nbsp;<br>- Marriage often lasts between a few hours to a few years.<br>- Any children that the couple borne during their marriage belongs to the father.<br>- Having said that, real marriages do take place wherein a husband and wife commit to each other.          <description><![CDATA[<div>-The revolution had quite a significant impact on the role of women in Iran especially in terms aspect of daily life<br>-The number of women in University enrollment, civil service and higher education all rose .<br>-Several women were also enrolled into the Iranian parliament and as a result of all this nearly 1000 women were involved in the executive positions<br>- As the role of women advanced due to the rise of more than 80% of women accepted into universities and higher education institutions, the percentage amongst men fell during the same period by more than 38%. Finally, in current Iranian society, the Iranian Constitution states that “Every individual has the right to select the work they wish to engage in, providing that this does not contravene the provisions of Islam, the public interest or the rights of others (Article 28)”<br>-Yet  because of some laws that were based on gender discrimination ,not all women were able to escape the being treated differently as too others</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Having a GDP of $412.2 billion, Iran is the second largest economy in middle-east region.<br>-Majority of government revenue in Iran is dominated by oil and gas exports. Agriculture sector is also a dominated sector in Iran.<br>-Despite this, Iran's economy is unstable because of high youth and skilled unemployment. Also, there is existence of various price controls and subsidies, which de-stablizes the economy.<br>-Because of the aforementioned reasons, skilled and educated people from Iran started to seek overseas employment, which resulted in brain drain.<br>-GDP of Iran has improved a lot because of recent removal of oil sanction.<br><br></div>]]></description>

There are laws that make primary education compulsory for everyone.<br>- There are free public schools and costly private schools. There are also schools called 'Nemuneh Mardomi' which are expected to be better than public schools and more affordable as compared to private schools, but these schools are really hard to get in. They usually have n entrance exam to identify best students.<br>- Iran has two of the world's ten largest universities. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Participation of women in Iranian revolution led to a significant change in their lives. <br>- There is an increase in number of university enrolment of women and number of women in parliament. Along with this, several women have been elected to parliament.<br>-There is still existence of a patriarchy in post-revolution Iranian society, and several stereotypes surrounding women. Also, Iranian law favours men.<br>-In terms of work-life, women in Iran doesn't have a significant say, as under article 1117 of civil code, an Iranian man can basically ban his wife from working. <br>- According to law, men can marry non-iranian women but women cannot marry non-iranian men. Further, women can divorce men under extreme circumstances, but men divorce women without any cause.</div>]]></description>
