         <description><![CDATA[<div>A debt to income (DTI) ratio compares household income to debt. "The measure is commonly used to determine if the household qualifies for a mortgage or loan."  Having a low ratio "shows you have a good balance between debt and income" which give you a better chance at getting a loan.<br><br>To keep a good credit score I would use a credit card for things I could immediately pay off, raising my credit score. <br>   </div>]]></description>
