  • It should be a natural fit for suitable curriculum.
  • apprenticeship model in early years due to staff child ratio.
  • Research based study and the ability to coordinate learner research and research skills. Predominantly at level 3 and above on university focused programmes.
  • Learner led, focus point provided by tutor then the learning driven by the learner.
  • A greater focus on part time study, to improve their experience and ability to learn.
  • Interactive and responsive to learners, this will encourage activity from learners.
  • Industry leading, utilising resources that encourage learner participation.
  • Communication and feedback needs to be regular and effective.
  • The correct staff need to drive this, people who see the value in developing for their programmes.
  • Accessibility in and around college as well as at home.
