         <description><![CDATA[<div>it was a park that allowed for animals and people to live in harmony. The park mostly banned hunting but allowed it at times. This kept the park healthy and allowed for the park to be opened for many years to come.</div>]]></description>

         <title>National Park Protective Act 1894</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It was an act to protect wildlife in the park and was an act to be used for hunting. Plants were included in the act and if were to be killed off at a fast rate, they would be on the prohibited list. This means they can't be destroyed or touched at any time until taken off the list. Birds were also in this act since poaching was a big thing back then.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This act was made to reserve forest land as for deforestation was at a rise. Many people were chopping down trees all over the world and trees were decreasing very fast. The first of the nations forest reserve was in Wyoming set up by Benjamin Harrison. He did this because he was one of the first civilians to realize trees needed to be saved.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This act used to manage the amount of resources being used and taken from forests in the U.S. It was made since forests were running very low on natural resources. People finally realized that deforestation was destroying the country so they decided to manage the forests so we could still have trees living and being healthy.</div>]]></description>

He used his experiment to try and solve climate change in the world. It worked and now scientists understand the climate changes in the world.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>this was a law that funded irrigation projects for arid land for 20 states in the American West. it had only covered 13 states but then another 7, including Texas, wanted to have this law fund them too so they joined and now 20 states and maybe even more are funded by the Newlands Reclamation Act.</div>]]></description>
